This store is operated by Conway. Products and delivery charges are settled in Hong Kong dollars (HKD). Submitting an order creates an order reference; payment is confirmed only from a verified payment record. Order submission does not mean payment or dispatch. If an item is unavailable or a material error occurs, we will contact you; we will not substitute items or add charges without agreement.

Payment and fulfilment

Available methods are shown at checkout. Offline payments require verification. Credit cards are processed by the payment provider; this store does not retain full card numbers. Provide accurate contact and delivery details and keep guest order access links private.
