Delivery and collection

Hong Kong delivery

Checkout lists enabled methods, delivery charges and any free-delivery threshold before submission. Enter a complete Hong Kong address and contact phone. Contact us first about special locations or bulk orders. Tracking references, when available, appear on your order page.

Collection

Use only pickup points listed as available at checkout. Retail outlets do not automatically provide collection. Follow the order instructions and opening hours; bring your order reference for verification. Google Maps links help you plan your journey.

Changes and delays

Contact us before dispatch to request address or pickup changes. Changes after handover depend on delivery progress. Weather and carrier delays are handled according to actual circumstances; unconfirmed delivery dates are not guaranteed.
