Information we collect

We collect the name, email, phone number, delivery details, order and payment status, referral relationship and necessary security records that support accounts, orders, delivery, authentication, customer service and rewards. Required fields are identified on forms; without them the relevant service may not be available.

Use and service providers

We use information to provide requested services, verify payments and rewards, prevent abuse and answer enquiries. Necessary information is shared with payment, delivery, messaging, sign-in and technical providers involved in those services. External sign-in and maps are subject to the selected provider’s privacy arrangements and may involve processing outside Hong Kong. We do not retain full card numbers or disclose customer contact details to referrers.

Cookies and location

Necessary cookies support sign-in, the cart, security and referral attribution. The nearby-pickup feature requests device location permission and calculates distances on your device. You may decline and choose manually. Google Maps connects to Google when used.

Communications and retention

We may send authentication, order and service notices. Shopping or registration is not treated as automatic consent to direct marketing. Any future marketing consent will be requested separately with a free opt-out. Information is retained only as needed for service, accounting, security or legal purposes, with access restrictions.

Access and correction

Request access, corrections or account deletion through our contact form or [email protected]. Appropriate identity checks may apply.
